1 Jason Weller appeals an order denying his motion for reconsideration of sentence. Weller received no credit for time spent in custody prior to sentencing. We conclude Weller is due credit for time he spent in custody after his arrest but before his parole revocation and is not due credit for any time spent in custody after the parole revocation. Therefore, we affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
